The majority of content on Smutes is completely free to access. Since no payment is required for our free content, refunds do not apply to:
- Free book access
- Free account registration
- Free reading features
Premium Services (If Applicable)
If we offer any premium services or features in the future, the following refund policy will apply:
Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You were charged in error
- You experienced technical issues that prevented access to purchased content
- The content materially differs from its description
- You request a refund within 14 days of purchase and have not accessed more than 10% of the content
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Content that has been fully accessed or read
- Purchases made more than 14 days ago
- Subscription renewals that were not cancelled before the renewal date
- Gift purchases or promotional codes

Processing Time

Subscription Cancellations

- Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period
- You will retain access to premium features until the end of the paid period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period
