Free Content

A significant portion of content on Smutes is completely free to access. Since no payment is required for free content, refunds do not apply to:

  • Free book access and reading
  • Free account registration
  • Free reading features and bookmarks

Premium Subscriptions

Smutes Premium is a subscription service providing access to exclusive content and features.

Subscription Terms

  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period
  • You will be charged in advance for each billing period
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You retain access to Premium features until the end of your paid period

Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You were charged in error or experienced a duplicate charge
  • You experienced technical issues that completely prevented access to Premium content
  • You request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase (first-time subscribers only)
  • The service was materially different from what was described at the time of purchase

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available for:

  • Subscription renewals (please cancel before your renewal date to avoid charges)
  • Requests made more than 14 days after the initial purchase
  • Change of mind after using Premium features
  • Promotional or discounted subscriptions
  • Gift subscriptions after they have been redeemed

14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

First-time subscribers: If you're not satisfied with Smutes Premium, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase. Simply contact us at hello@smutes.com with your account email and we'll process your refund promptly.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for an eligible purchase, please contact us at hello@smutes.com with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of purchase or renewal
  • Reason for refund request
  • Any relevant details about technical issues (if applicable)

Processing Time

We will review your refund request within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to credit your account.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Log in to your Smutes account
  • Go to Account Settings → Subscription
  • Click “Cancel Subscription”
  • Confirm your cancellation

After cancellation, you will retain access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period. We will send you a confirmation email when your cancellation is processed.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties accessing Premium content, please contact our support team at hello@smutes.com before requesting a refund. We will make every effort to resolve technical issues promptly. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will process a refund.
